KIDS CLASSES

Kushido offers karate classes from the age of 5 years in a fun and disciplined learning environment. Children take part in body awareness exercises in the form of games and karate movements that encourage improved coordination, concentration and listening. The classes develop a keen understanding of Self-defence through a focused approach to the karate techniques and movements. Partner work becomes increasingly important so that the students learn how to use their body’s effectively in the Self-defence techniques.

Kushido classes enhance learning skills, concentration, body awareness and coordination in a non-competitive environment.
