Tai’ Chi is an ancient exercise that is suitable for men and women of all ages. The slow and graceful self-defence movements develop grounding, improved concentration, a relaxed body and mind, self-knowledge, mindfulness and improved energy levels.
Kushido instructors have been teaching and practicing Tai’ Chi for over 30 years after Hanshi Denis St. John Thomson brought the art to South Africa. Beginners are welcome and classes are given at the Van der Stel Sports Club community hall in Stellenbosch.
