Tai’ Chi is an ancient exercise that is suitable for men and women of all ages. The slow and graceful self-defence movements develop grounding, improved concentration, a relaxed body and mind, self-knowledge, mindfulness and improved energy levels.
Massage Therapy, Reflexology and Shiatsu (Finger Pressure Points) are excellent treatments for relaxation in today’s demanding world. The concept, “Prevention is better than cure” is the way forward and the above treatments encourage this by releasing tension in the body to encourage Homeostasis and a healthy body/mind relationship.
